Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C/gas 4). Combine the sausages, potatoes, peas, garlic, milk, and soup in a large casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently until well mixed.
- Cover the dish and bake until the potatoes are tender, about ½ hours. Serve hot.

- 1 kg pork sausages, sliced
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 500 grams frozen peas
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 500 ml milk
- 500 ml cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
