Get the best dish with home-made sausages! This menu has an excellent fillet of beef, white bread crumbs, parsley, beef suet and other added components. The home-made sausages are best fitted to all types of occasions and greatly satisfy your food cravings.

Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients, except the cooking oil or dripping in a large bowl.
- Put the sausage meat into the skins, either with a machine or with a wide nozzle and a piping bag.
- Knot one end of the skin and slowly pipe the mixture in.
- When it is full, draw the skin away from the nozzle then knot the end and twist it at intervals of about 10cm to make the sausages.
- Put the sausages in the fridge for at least 6 hours and allow the mixture to blend properly.
- Heat the oil or dripping in a large frying pan.
- Prick the sausages with a fork in three different places and gently fry them, cooking them for about 6 minutes, until golden brown all over.

- 900 grams very lean sirloin or fillet of beef, roughly minced
- 350 grams shredded beef suet
- 1 large onion, peeled and very finely chopped
- 250 grams fresh white breadcrumbs, very fine
- 1 teaspoon of salt, freshly ground black pepper, dried sage and parsley
- 25 grams cooking oil or dripping
