GRILLED SAUSAGES WITH PEAS & GARLIC MASH

30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan of salted water until tender, 20 minutes. Drain well and mash with the garlic and butter. Cook the peas in salted boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue flat plate. Grill the sausages with the whole cloves of garlic until golden brown and cooked, 10 minutes. Serve hot with the garlic mash and peas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg potatoes, peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 grams salted butter
  • 500 grams frozen peas
  • 10 medium sausages
  • 10 cloves garlic, whole
