Preparation Method :
- To Make Sauce: Melt the butter in a large heavy frying pan, over a medium heat, add onion, garlic, green pepper and celery and cook for about 5 - 10 minutes or until tender.
- Stir tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, brown sugar and salt to taste into mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add frankfurters and gently simmer at least for 15 minutes or until frankfurts are plump and piping hot and sauce thickened.

- 450 grams canned tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Salt
