Preparation Method :
- In a pressure cooker, add the meat, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric along with 3 cups of water and cook for 5-6 whistles or till the meat is well cooked and tender.
- After the pressure is released, separate the pieces of meat and water.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is well heated, add the cooked mutton pieces and fry for at least 10 minutes, stirring a few times, till the meat begins to get crispy.
- Sprinkle the garam masala powder onto the fried meat, adjust the salt and chilli if needed, stir well. Serve hot with wedges of lime and slices of onion.

- 1 kg Mutton boneless pieces
- 50 grams Ginger Garlic Paste
- 5 large sized , sliced Onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 3 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 100 ml Cooking oil
- Fresh Cilantro to garnish
