SIRLOIN OF BEEF SPIT ROAST
The sirloin of beef spit roast is perfectly made to enjoy your every day meal. The menu is not so hard to prepare and don’t requires too much money for buying ingredients. With its Portuguese wine, every meat absorbs its flavorings and touches your sensitive savor.

Preparation Method :
- Place the sirloin of beef in a deep dish with the wine and the cloves of garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate it for 6 hours, turn the meat frequently.
- Remove the loin and pass the spit through it, make sure the spit is evenly balanced (or it will not turn).
- Secure the spit with the screws.
- Let the spit turn slowly and cook for 1 hour, basting all the time with the marinade and garlic oil.

- 1 kg sirloin of beef (boned and rolled)
- 1.25 liters Portuguese wine
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt (to taste)
- Garlic oil
