ROAST RUMP STEAK
Roast rump steak is packed with juicy elements. Because of the perfect combination of rump steak and special seasonings, you can find this dish more appetizing and delicious. Its taste and aroma really marks to all eaters.

- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190°C/375°F.
- Place a rack in the bottom of a roasting tin.
- Place the rump on the rack and pour the beef stock over the rump.
- Coat the rump with English mustard.
- Then, using a mortar and pestle, crush the salt and peppercorns and blend them with the grated nutmeg and five spice powder.
- Place in a mixing bowl with the soy sauce and honey, and blend it thoroughly.
- Completely cover the top of the rump with the mixture and cook for 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
- Pour the left-over juices and stock from the roasting tin into a small saucepan and boil rapidly until reduced by one-third.
- Pour the sauce into a sauceboat and serve.

- 2 tablespoons of clear warmed honey,
