CHRISTMAS BEEF & TURKEY PIE
This Christmas beef and turkey pie is cooked with perfect ingredients. Every piece of pie and meat is tendered with shredded beef, turkey meat, double cream, favorite herb and other essential ingredients. Along with its components, you will definitely remember this palatable dish.

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200°C/400°F.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry carrots, onions and ham lightly for 5 minutes.
- Blend it in the flour and cook for just a minute. Slowly add milk, stir it continuously until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add beef, turkey and cream , season it with salt and pepper.
- At this stage sprinkle over your favourite chopped fresh herb, ( fresh tarragon to give it that sweet smell) when cut into the pie.
- Pour the mixture into a 1.2 litre pie dish and roll out the puff pastry to form a lid. Seal it well, brushing the top with little milk.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes till it turns to golden brown, and then serve.

- 25 grams butter
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 10 baby onions, peeled
- 75 grams ham, shredded
- 25 grams plain whole meal flour
- 500 ml milk
- 500 grams of cooked shredded beef,
- 450 grams turkey meat, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or your favourite herb
- 275 grams Puff Pastry

But the only thing I did was use jar Rosemary instead because I didn’t have fresh and I think it gave it a different flavor and in.
