RABBIT IN CREAM
This rabbit in cream is easy to made, perfect in dinner with your family. It’s cost only a little time to prepare. Try this creamy and full of flavours rabbit dish. It is perfectly tender when it is perfectly cooked.

- Coat the rabbit with seasoned flour. Heat the butter in a heavy flameproof casserole and brown the pieces well on all sides.
- Add the onions and cream to the casserole, stir to mix in the brown bits and cover tightly.
- Cook in a preheated cool oven (160°C/325°F, Gas Mark 3) for about 1 hour, or until very tender.

- 1 kg oven-ready rabbit, cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons plain flour, seasoned
- With salt, pepper and paprika
- 100 grams butter
- 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 250 ml soured cream
