Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute until softened, 5 minutes.
- Mix the beef and pork in a bowl. Add the onion mixture. Stir in the chillis, salt, pepper, mustard, paprika, ginger, bread crumbs, parsley, and egg and mix well using your hands. Shape into about 20 small meatballs.
- Heat the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the meatballs until golden and cooked through, 10 minutes. Serve hot.

- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 500 grams ground (minced) beef
- 300 grams ground (minced) pork
- 4chillis, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 4 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large egg, beaten
