SHEPHERD'S SQUARES
This is a one of a kind recipe that everyone is looking for, and evens its name itself is very catchy and one of a kind right? Shepherd’s square is very easy to cook and simple as a, b, c to prepare. In just 30 minutes you can prepare it for your love ones. And you can cook it by yourself in just 1 hour it’s just that simple. And you and your family can definitely enjoy it. You can serve it with 8 people. And lastly you can cut into squares and then serve it.

Preparation Method :
- Combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, mustard and milk and leave to stand until the breadcrumbs have softened.
- Mix in the meat. Spread the mixture into a baking tin.
- Mix together the mashed potato, eggs, onion, parsley and seasoning. Spread evenly over the meat mixture and bake in a preheated moderate oven for 35 minutes.
- Melt the margarine and brush over the potato. Sprinkle with the cheese and paprika and return the tin to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices brown bread, crumbed
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon made mustard
- 10 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 750 grams lean minced beef
- 750 grams potatoes, peeled, boiled, drained and mashed with 50 grams margarine
- A little skimmed milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 50 grams margarine
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
