MINCED MEAT BALLS (KOLA URUNDAI)

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the heavy bottomed frying pan with 2 teaspoon of oil and fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes.
  • Let it get cold. Scrape the coconut. Cut the onions, curry leaves.
  • Grind the fried minced meat with turmeric powder, onions, fennel, ginger, coconut scraping, garlic, khus khus, fried grams, green chillies and salt in a wet grinder.
  • Mix well. Keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs with egg beater. Add salt to it. Mix well.
  • Add the beaten egg and curry leaves to the ground minced meat. Mix well.
  • Heat the kadai with oil for frying. Make small balls with minced meat mix and fry them. When the colour changes to brown colour, take out and keep them on a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil.
  • Serve hot.

  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 6 pods garlic
  • 10 small onions
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 2 inches ginger
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon khus khus
  • 3 tablespoon fried grams
  • ½ coconut
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Few curry leaves
  • 300 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut Oil
