Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion slices and fry until golden brown.
- 02Add the green chillies, half of the fresh coriander leaves and the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Add in the ginger and garlic.
- Simmer to low flame and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and chilli powder to the mixture in the pan and stir everything well to combine.
- Add the minced lamb to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat turns brown.
- Add the peas to the mixture in the pan and cook for a further 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with the remaining chopped fresh coriander leaves.

- 500 grams lean minced lamb
- 100 grams peas
- 100 ml Cooking oil
- 75 grams onion, sliced
- 100 grams tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 green chillies
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Salt and chilli powder, to taste
- 1½ inch fresh ginger root, finely chopped
- 6-9 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
