Are you on diet but you wanted to satisfy your cravings for a delicious meal? Prepare this healthy and delicious meal that will suit your hunger. You don’t need to worry because the main ingredient to this meal is lamb or beef. Beef and lambs are less in fat cholesterol.

Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pound or knead until very smooth. Divide the mixture in half and mould each portion into a sausage shape around a skewer.
- Cook at high heat on a preheated oiled grill (broiler) for 7 to 8 minutes, turning several times until browned all over.
- Serve on a bed of plain boiled rice or push the meat off the skewers into pockets of warm pitta bread.

- 700 grams minced lean lamb or beef, or a mixture
- 2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, ground
