Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; saute the onion till golden. Add the ginger and garlic, saute for 1 minute.
- Add the minced meat fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato ,Chopped Green chillies,coriander leaves,cumin powder,Red chill powder,black pepper powder and salt stir-fry.
- Add 1 cup of hot water, bring to the boil, lower heat, and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes till done. Add vinegar and cook, uncovered, till dry.
- Take 2" diameter balls of mashed potato seasoned with salt, hollow out and stuff with a little mince. Pinch together to seal.
- Pat into rounds, dip in egg, roll in breadcrumbs and shallow-fry till golden.

- 500 grams Lamb or beef minced
- 50 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
- 3 Onions, medium, chopped
- 3 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 12 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 large Tomato chopped
- 3 Green chillies, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh Green coriander leaves chopped
- 2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 750 grams Medium sized Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 100 grams approx. Breadcrumbs
