Preparation Method :
- Sauté grated coconut, cloves, cinnamon in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and blend well.
- Then, add onions and ginger-garlic paste and grind it to a fine paste.
- Pour this ground masala in a bowl & keep it aside.
- Then grind kheema and add this to ground masala, mix well.
- Then make small size round balls.
- Heat pan pour oil and fry the minced meat balls one by one.
- Cook this till mince balls are well cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 Grams minced muttton
- 1/2 coconut (grated)
- 8 cloves
- 3 sticks (each 1 inch) cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- 4 spoons red chilli powder
- 1½ teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 2 medium sized onions cut in large pieces
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 6 Tablespoon Peanut oil
- 1 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing

This recipe sounds great..but why dhaniya powder and then coriander seeds again?
