LIVER WITH CREAMED LEEKS
Nothing can beat the amazing taste and aroma of the Liver with Creamed Leeks because of its perfect combination of the major ingredients such as calf's liver and leeks. This can easy to prepare and can serve for about four people.

Preparation Method :
- Quickly roll the liver, seasoned beforehand, in the flour and tap to remove the excess.
- Put half of the butter in your pressure cooker, let it foam and brown the liver in it on all sides for 5 minutes. Discard the cooked butter and add a fresh butter. Brown the cut shallots and the leeks cut into pieces measuring 3 cm. for 3 minutes.
- Add the liver, the glasses of Noilly Prat and water, the bouillon cube, salt and pepper.
- Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes from the pressure cooker start hissing.
- Finally, remove the liver and wrap it in aluminum foil to keep it warm,
- Pour the cream over the leeks, reduce to thicken, correct the seasoning, slice the liver and pour the sauce over it.
