Preparation Method :
- Cut the crusts off the bread and chop in a food processor with the garlic and aromatic. Season with salt and plenty of pepper.
- Put the butter in a roasting pan and place in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C/gas 5) for a few minutes, until the butter melts.
- Place the lamb in the roasting pan, drizzle with the oil, and scatter with the chopped herbs and bread. Return to the oven and cook for 2 hours.
- Add the potatoes after about 1 hour. Baste the meat from time to time with the wine and cooking juices.
- Transfer to a heated serving dish and serve hot.

- 5 slices sandwich bread
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 twig rosemary
- 1 twig thyme
- 1 twig marjoram
- 1 large bunch parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2 leg of lamb
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled
- 20 roast leg of lamb
- 200 ml dry white wine
