BRETON RACK

This delicacy will enjoy your bonding with your relatives during their visit on you home during holidays. Try this dish and they will enjoy their stay on your home sweet home, and they won’t ever forget your hospitality and care for them.

1 hour 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cover the bone tips of the lamb with foil. Rub garlic into back of lamb, and then spread honey over.
  • Mix together the breadcrumbs, herbs; salt and pepper, then sprinkle them over the honey.
  • Cook in a preheated moderate oven (180°C/350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 1¼ to 1½ hours, covering lamb with foil after 40 minutes.
  • Transfer to a warmed serving dish, garnish with watercress.
  • Serve with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 best end of lamb, chined and trimmed
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons honey, melted
  • 4 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs 
  • 4 teaspoons chopped parsley 
  • 2 teaspoon chopped sage 
  • 2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper 
  • Watercress to garnish
