Preparation Method :
- Add beef with the mixture of orange juice, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger and spice powder in a bowl.
- Toss to coat and set aside, marinate for 1 hour. Drain and reserve marinade.
- Thread meat onto skewers, alternating with red pepper, pineapple and onion petals.
- Brush with reserved marinade and cook under a preheated hot grill, basting frequently with reserved marinade for 2 minutes each side or until cooked.
- Line two serving plates with shredded lettuce and garnish with quartered tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with French dressing and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Divide skewers between the two plates and serve immediately with crusty bread.

- 225 grams rump steak, cubed
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of mixed spice powder
- ½ red pepper, seeds removed, cubed
- 2 onions, quartered and layers separated
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 10 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon French dressing
- 2 slices fresh or canned pineapple, cubed
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt, to taste
- Shredded lettuce, to serve
