SIRLOIN & PINEAPPLE KEBABS

Preparation Method :
- Mix the marinade ingredients together.
- Mix the meat and other ingredients marinade in a bowl and then chill it for at least 3 hours.
- Remove the beef, pineapple and vegetables from the marinade and alternate them onto bamboo skewers .
- Bamboo skewers should be Pre-soaked in water for 20 minutes
- Grill them on the barbecue for 15- 20 minutes, turning and basting with the marinade every 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 900 grams sirloin of beef, cut into small pieces
- 1 small pineapple, peeled and 22 cubed shallots, peeled and blanched
- 2 red peppers, de-seeded and cut into chunks
- 100 grams button mushrooms
For the marinade
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 100 ml soured cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
