Preparation Method :
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and knead the mixture well till everything gets thoroughly mixed.
- Wrap cling film or a tight fitting lid on the bowl and refrigerate for at least two to three hours.
- Bring the meat mixture to room temperature and grease your fingers and palms with oil.
- Take little portion of the meat mixture and using your palm and fingers, shape it like a sausage. You could also insert a wooden skewer into it.
- In a preheated oven, place the kebabs over a wire rack and bake them at 200 C for 5 minutes, baste with some oil or melted butter and turn over and repeat the baking process till they turn golden brown.
- If using the stove top method, heat a non stick pan with a tablespoon of Cooking oil and on medium high heat, cook the seekh kebabs on each side for a few minutes till golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with a slices of onion with lemon wedges.

- 750 grams Lamb Mince
- 2 Medium Sized Onion minced
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
