LIVER KEBABS
Liver kebabs are a grilled liver thread together with onion, tomato, mushroom and bay leaves. The lemon juice helps to enhance the aroma. Liver kebabs is easy to cook and really attractive to your eyes. If you taste it you will cook it every time.

Preparation Method :
- Thread the liver pieces, onion, tomato, mushrooms and bay leaves alternately on to 4 skewers.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook under a preheated hot grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally and spooning over the lemon juice to prevent burning.

- 750 grams lambs' liver, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 onions, peeled and quartered
- 8 tomatoes, quartered
- 200 grams mushrooms
- 15 bay leaves
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon juice
