Preparation Method :
- Dry roast all the Ingredients, Grind it well and make a fine powder of it.
- Deep fry the thinly sliced Onions until brown, Drain it on a kitchen towel.
- When dries, Put in the grinder along with all the other grinding ingredients and make a fine paste of it.
- In a bowl, add meat, grounded powder and grounded paste. Mix well and let it marinate for 6 hours in refrigerator.
- After 6 hours of marination, add Raw Papaya, Vinegar, Yogurt, Salt and Oil. Mix well. Keep it at room temperature for about an hour.
- Take a skewer, thread the meat strips on it and barbecue on coal fire until tender and brown.

- 1 Kg Boneless Beef, Cut into Flattened Strips 1 inch thick
For Dry Roast
- 10 Red Chilly
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 2 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cubeb
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Star Anise
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Cardamom powder
- ½ Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- ½ nutmeg powder
- 2 Cloves
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
For Paste
- 5 Medium sized Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tablespoon Grated coconut
- 4 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 2 inch piece Ginger
- 2 Tablespoon Garlic
- 4 Green Chillies
For Kebab
- 2 Tablespoon Raw papaya (Paste)
- 15 ml Vinegar
- 200 ml Yogurt (Thick)
- Salt to taste
- 50 ml Sesame Oil
