BEEF FILLET KEBABS WITH ENGLISH MUSTARD

Get your perfect dish through preparing beef fillet kebabs with English mustard! It is made up of palatable beef fillet, tomatoes, mushrooms and a lot more ingredients. With sprinkle of fresh coriander on its top, the menu appears more delicious and appetizing.

Preparation Method :

  • Thread all the above items onto bamboo skewers which is pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes, then brush them with English mustard.
  • Place them on a grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting with a little more mustard blended with the syrup from the pineapple chunks.
  • Sprinkle with the fresh coriander and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 grams beef fillet, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 22 cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams button mushrooms, wiped
  • 100 grams tinned pineapple chunks, drained and syrup reserved
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 tablespoons English mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
