PrintFILLET OF BEEF WITH GERMAN MUSTARD & ASBACH BRANDY
The fillet of beef with German mustard and asbach brandy is filled with Ger man mustard, fillet of beefs, smoked bacon, Asbach brandy, beef tomatoes and other essential flavorings. This unique dish perfectly matches to your daily servings including lunch or dinner.

Preparation Method :
- Blend the mustard, oil, brandy and salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Add the fillets of beef and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Lift out the fillets, cover again with the marinade and grill to your liking, basting and turning for the last 2 minutes.
- Grill the bacon and tomatoes and serve with the remaining marinade. Add some more Asbach.

- 2 tablespoons German mustard
- 1.5 kg fillets of beef
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 rashers smoked bacon
- 1 tot of Asbach brandy
- 7 large beef tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
