RIBS OF BEEF IN FENNEL SAUCE
These ribs of beef in fennel sauce totally fit to the needs of the whole family. This dish is combined with tempting aroma and palatable ingredients like beef ribs, fennel seeds, lemon juice, and other seasoning. The fennel sauce and extra elements also enhances its taste.

Preparation Method :
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and leave the mixture for 2 hours.
- Add the ribs, cover them completely with the marinade and then chill for a further 3 hours.
- Barbecue the ribs for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring it to the boil, reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain through a non-metallic sieve and serve with the barbecued beef ribs.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg meaty beef ribs
For the marinade
- 150 ml Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons port
