MARINADE FOR CARBONNADE
With marinade for carbonnade, your dish will be awfully appetizing. This dish is made up of red wine, cider, parsley, carrots, black peppercorns, celery stalks and other juicy ingredients. With its perfect and tasty seasonings, the dish makes your meal irresistible and memorable.

- Mix all the ingredients together in a very large glass or earthenware bowl.
- Pour over the beef and leave to marinate for 5 hours at least, turning occasionally.
- Leave it for 24-48 hours, if you can, for perfect results.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml red wine
- 250 ml cider
- 700 Grams Beef
- 250 grams onions, peeled and sliced
- 250 grams carrots, peeled and sliced
- 100 grams celery stalks, washed and sliced
- 50 grams parsley stalks, washed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns a sprig of thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons garlic vinegar (available from supermarkets)
- 1 teaspoon salt
