LAMB STEW WITH POTATOES

- Cut the meat into 50 grams pieces.
- Heat the oil in your pressure cooker and brown the meat for 5 minutes Add the chopped onion and brown it for 2 minutes Sprinkle with flour and mix well. Add 1 litre water. Add the tomato paste, 2 garlic cloves crushed and the bouquet garni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Close and cook for 15 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
- After cooking, remove the meat and keep warm. Strain the sauce through a fine sieve, check the seasoning and put it back in your pressure cooker with the meat.
- Add the potatoes, cut in large pieces. Close and cook for 8 minutes, beginning when the pressure cooker hisses.
- Place on a deep platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
