CHAMPAGNE & BEEF CURRY
With champagne a beef curry, your family will truly enjoy the meal. This dish is made up of natural yogurt, seasoned flour, fresh coriander, garam masala, sirloin of beef and other ingredients. With its flavorings, the dish appears more delicious and appetizing.

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large pan.
- Add the onions, ginger, chillies, garlic, coriander, cumin, cinnamon and fenugreek, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the meat in the seasoned flour, add to the pan for 5 minutes till it turns brown.
- Add the vinegar, guava juice and champagne, and cook for 15 minutes over a low heat, stir it every 5 minutes.
- Add the beef stock, cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Taste, season with salt and pepper, add the garam masala, and blend.
- Stir in the yoghurt and coriander, and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 peeled and finely chopped onions
- 2.5 cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons garlic, crushed with a little groundnut oil and salt
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek 900 grams of best sirloin of beef, cubed
- Seasoned flour
- 4 tablespoons rose petal vinegar
- 150 ml guava juice
- 150 ml champagne (drink the rest while cooking)
- 275 ml Rich Beef Stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
