TANDOORI MINTY LAMB CHOPS

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients except the lemon juice and marinate the chops at least for an hour, in the fridge. Bring back to room temperature. Discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chops on a hot barbecue for about 5-7 minutes per side or until done. Drizzle over the lemon juice and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams small lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh mint paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder and salt, to taste
