SPICY LAMB CHOPS

Preparation Method :
- Rub all over the chops with the ginger- garlic mixture.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the chops and spice mixture and cook for about 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
- Dip each lamb chop into the beaten egg and then fry them in the saucepan for about 3-5 minutes, turning once.
- Transfer the chops to a large serving dish and garnish with fried potato chips, tomatoes and lemon wedges.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg lamb chops, trim away any excess fat
- Salt, to taste
- 750 ml water
- 2 medium eggs, beaten
- 250 ml Cooking oil
- Fried potato chips, tomatoes and lemon wedges to garnish
Mix together - Marinade
- 1½ inch fresh ginger root, finely chopped
- 4-6 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds
