LAMB CHOPS WITH ROSEMARY BUTTER
Lamb chops with rosemary butter is as easy as ABC. You’ll just have to grill the lamb chops in a grill for 15 minutes. Then after that you’ll just have to combine rosemary salt and pepper to liquidize butter and water. Arranging the chops in a heated plate topped with the rosemary flavored butter would finish the job.

Preparation Method :
- Put the lamb chops under a preheated hot grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
- Place the butter and water in a blender and liquidize until combined.
- Put into a small bowl and mix in the rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Arrange the chops on a heated serving dish and top each with a knob of the rosemary-flavored butter.
- Garnish the dish with small sprigs of watercress.

- 8 lamb chops, trimmed of fat
- 50 grams butter
- 50 ml water
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Watercress sprigs, to garnish
