CRUMB FRIED LAMB CHOPS

Preparation Method :
- Beat the chops / slices with a rolling pin or meat mallet to make tender.
- For the spice paste, grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste. Apply the paste to the chops / slices and marinate for minimum of 2 hours.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Roll the chops / slices in the flour, then dip in beaten eggs. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side till golden.
- Serve hot, accompanied by a green salad or sauteed boiled potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 Grams Lamb chops
For the spice paste:
- 60 grams Green coriander (hara dhaniya)
- 2 -3 Green chillies
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1½ tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- Peanut oil for shallow frying
- 50 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 3Eggs, beaten
- 100 grams approx. Breadcrumbs
