CURRIED BEEF CASSEROLE
The Curried beef casserole is one of the famous dishes or recipes around the world, just to name a few there is a curried recipe in Japan, India, and of course the United States of America. But as we all know this is so famous in Americans because this mouth-watering delicacy is so healthy to eat.

Preparation Method :
- Halve the onions and carrots and chop the remainder.
- Place all the ingredients in a large flameproof casserole and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover and simmer gently on top of the cooker for 2 hours or until the beef is tender. From time to time, skim off any fat that rises to the surface.
- Remove from the heat and leave the casserole to cool, and then skim off the fat. Lift out the onion and carrot halves and puree in a blender or food processor.
- Stir the puree back into the dish. Reheat gently, adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 onions, peeled
- 8 carrots, scraped
- 750 grams stewing steak, trimmed of fat and cubed
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 liter beef stock
- 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
