Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the grated onion, garlic, and chillis and sauté until softened, 5 minutes.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool. Blend the beef, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, and onion mixture in a food processor. Shape into four burgers.
- Preheat a frying pan over high heat. Drizzle with the remaining the oil and cook the burgers until browned, 5 minutes each side. Put a slice of cheese on each burger and let melt slightly.
- Cover the bases of the buns with lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion. Put the burgers on top, spread with barbecue sauce, and cover with the lids. Serve hot.
