BURGERS WITH ONIONS & CHUTNEY

Preparation Method :
- Combine the meat, onion, bread crumbs, bacon, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and shape into four even-size burgers. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill pan or barbecue flat plate on high. Brush the burgers with 1 tablespoon of oil and grill until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side.
- At the same time, drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil on the grill and cook the onions, turning frequently, until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Lightly grill the buns.
- To assemble, cover the bottoms of the buns with onion, followed by the burgers, a dollop of chutney or ketchup and the salad. Smear the lids with mayonnaise and cover. Serve hot.

- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 onions, thinly sliced
- 6 hamburger buns, halved
- 150 grams chutney or ketchup
- 100 grams mixed salad greens
- 150 grams mayonnaise
