BEEF BURGERS

- Put all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl and blend them thoroughly.
- Let the mixture be at room temperature for 3 hours, then shape into 4 x 100 gram burgers.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry for 6 minutes on each side, or barbecue for the same time.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams of lean organic minced beef
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mixed herbs
- 4 hard-boiled free-range eggs, shelled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons chopped marinated anchovy fillets
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

It has been a while since the last time I tried an unusual yet delicious food. Based on its name, I can feel that Italian eggplant relating is attractive.
