Preparation Method :
- Wash the mustard and bathuva Leaves and grind to fine paste.
- Heat a pan, pour oil, add onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Ground Paste and salt and stir well.
- Add corn flour dissolve in water and add it to the above paste and stir.
- Sprinkle garam masala powder on it.
- Serve hot with Rotis and naan.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bunches Mustard leaves
- 1 bunch bathua leaves
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 small piece of Ginger pieces
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 2 medium sized onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon corn flour powder
- 4 green chilli
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
