Preparation Method :
- Soak the badam gum in hot water for 4 hours. After that strain and keep aside.
- Boil milk in a sauce pan over medium heat and simmer the heat.
- Allow milk to thicken and become half the quantity. Add sugar and let it become a thick liquid.
- Remove from flame and add condensed milk stir well.
- Once it gets cooled add vanilla essence, badam gum.
- Refrigerate for 2hours.
- Transfer in tall glasses and top up with a scoop of ice cream.
- Garnish with crushed nuts and Mint leaves
- Serve chilled.

- 2 teaspoon Badam Gum (Pisin)
- 1 teaspoon Vannila Essence
- One scoop Vannila or Chocolate ice cream
- 10 teaspoon Sugar
- 4 cups boiling water
- 100 grams mixed dry fruits
