Preparation Method :
- Soak mustard in water for 1 hour and grind into a fine paste with some salt and a green chilli.
- Clean the fish pieces.
- Mix the mustard paste, turmeric powder, green chillies, salt with the fish and marinade for 30 minutes.
- Pour mustard oil over the fish.
- Steam it for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 pieces of Hilsa fish
- 3 tablespoon White mustard seeds
- 5 Green chilli, slited
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 3 tablespoon Mustard oil
- Salt to taste
