Preparation Method :
- Boil the milk till it turns thick consistency.
- Add sugar, khoa, curd and cardamom powder and stir well.
- Heat a pan with ghee, fry the cashew nuts, almond, and pistachios till light golden brown.
- Add this mixture to the boiling milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
- Serve chilled.

- 600 ml Milk
- 200 grams Sugar
- 100 grams Khoa
- 200 ml Curd
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 4-5 crushed Cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon crushed Almond
- 1 teaspoon Pistachios
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
