SWORDFISH WITH AVOCADO SALSA
Change your daily meal through preparing swordfish with avocado salsa. This special dish is extremely easy to prepare through following its cooking procedures. Its main ingredients like Haas avocado, swordfish steaks, cilantro and other delectable seasonings, add ups to its juicy taste.

- To make the salsa: Combine the avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and cilantro in a glass bowl.
- Toss together with salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to warm plates and top with salsa. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Haas avocado,( peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
- 2 teaspoons finely diced jalapeno chile
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 60 grams coarsely chopped cilantro
- Salt and freshly ground pepper ( to taste )
- 180 grams swordfish steaks,( brought to room temperature before cooking)
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
