Orange soy glazed salmon with haricots verts and red onion – a perfect dish for all! Its combined salmon, red onion and haricots verts enhance the appetizing taste of the dish. Every piece of salmon is tendered with delectable taste and perfect aroma.

Preparation Method :
- Combine the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger In a baking dish.
- Add the salmon steaks and turn to coat evenly with the glaze. Let stand, covered at room temperature for about an hour.
- Gently toss haricots verts and red onion with the olive oil.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Place the salmon steaks on one side of the grill pan and put the haricots verts and red onion on the other side.
- Using tongs, toss the beans and onion frequently for 5 minutes.
- Remove the vegetables and transfer to warm plates. Turn the salmon and grill for 5 more minutes. Transfer the salmon to the warm plates and serve.

- 150 ml orange juice
- 50 ml honey
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 175 grams salmon steaks, ½ inch thick
- 100 grams haricots verts or thin green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons light olive oil
