LOBSTER TAILS WITH ROASTED GARLIC
If you happen to visit seafood restaurants, you shouldn’t miss lobster tails with roaster garlic. This mouth-watering dish is loaded with excellent ingredients like lobster tails and other flavorings. Food cravers deeply love this food because of its tempting scent and taste.

Preparation Method :
- In a Food processor or Blender combine Garlic and Olive ,Split the lobster tails down the middle lengthwise.
- Using a pastry brush, coat the cut sides of the lobster tails with the garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium heat until very hot. Place the lobster tails in grill pan cut side down and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the lobster and cook for atleast 5 minutes. Lightly brush the cut side with more of the garlic mixture and season again with salt and pepper.
- Turn and cook with the cut side down for another 2-3 minutes. Transfer the lobster to warm plates and serve.

- 2 lobster tails, about ½ pound each
- 5 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 50 ml light olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
