GRILLED TUNA NIGOISE

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Season and then place the tuna under the grill, brush with the lemon juice and cook for about 5 minutes, turning once.
  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and divide them between the serving plates. Top with the tuna steak.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of fresh tuna steak
  • 10-15 baby new potatoes, cooked
  • 1 egg, hard-boiled, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free vinaigrette
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 plum tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 anchovies, halved
  • 1 Little Gem lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 50 grams cucumber, cubed
  • 8-9 pitted black olives
  • 30 grams french beans, cooked and halved
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
