Preparation Method :
- Season trout with salt and black pepper.
- Mix the butter, spring onions, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture into cavity of each trout.
- Cook trout under a preheated medium grill for 5 minutes on each side or until flesh flakes.
- Arrange on a warm serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams trout, cleaned
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Juice of ½ lemon
