Preparation Method :
- Wash the prawns with vinegar and salt water. Drain and pat dry.
- Prepare a marinade by mixing together all the ingredients except butter.
- Marinate the prawns in this mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the prawns and roast in a moderately hot tandoor/oven/grill for 5 minutes. Remove and allow excess liquids to drip.
- Baste lightly with butter and roast again for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from skewers and serve hot.

- 1½ kg Prawns, shelled, deveined
- 3 tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 4 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 250 grams Yoghurt
- 250 grams Cream
- 1½ teaspoon White pepper powder
- 75 grams Cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Dry fenugreek powder
- 3 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1½ teaspoon Garam masala
- A few strands Saffron
- Butter for basting
