Preparation Method :
- Heat butter in a pan and saute the fennel seeds for a few seconds.
- Add garlic, green chilies and onion paste. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Mix in all the other ingredients and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place the prawns in an oven-proof dish; pour the prepared mixture on top. Cover the dish tightly and cook in a preheated (175°C/350°F) oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
- Transfer into a serving platter and serve immediately with steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 Prawns, deveined, shelled
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 teaspoon Fennel seeds broiled, pounded
- 2 tablespoon Onion paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Garlic , chopped
- 5 Green chilies, deseeded, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Fennel , chopped
- 100 grams Cream
- 100 grams Yoghurt
- Salt to taste
