BAKED PRAWNS
Craving for food is finally over through preparing grilled chili prawns. This perfect dish is extremely one of kind because of its delicious ingredients like prawns, lemon juice and other added elements. With its red chili flakes, the dish appears more irresistible.

Preparation Method :
- Add the prawns to the ingredients and coat them well. Cover and leave to marinate the prawns in it for about 30 - 45 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated prawns on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C at least for 10 minutes, basting with oil.
- Serve at once, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 medium size prawns, washed and deveined
- 4 flakes garlic, crushed and chopped finely
- ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
